I have always been an avid pursuer of optimal health and wellbeing. In many of my posts I have mentioned that it matters a lot what we put into our body to be able to get the best out of it. and I have talked a lot about including movement that promotes wellbeing. and about the maintenance that has to happen to keep being well.
But the one thing I haven’t talked about is Activation.
These days we can eat all the best, cleanest and freshest foods and drink the highest quality water, but we can’t escape the environment that we are living in and what we are exposed to in terms of stressors on our bodies.
What more and more people are realising is that they need some form of nutritional support because somehow the body isn’t working the way it used to any more.
Yes, I agree – some of this is attributable to getting older, but most of the time the decline of our health and wellbeing is disproportionate to our advancing of years.
What could that be you might ask? Our body is a wonderfully made piece of art and designed to repair and heal itself. It is designed to make its own antioxidants and has its own garbage disposal system. This works on finely tuned chemistry. When this is out of tune this process slows down and becomes less efficient . This leads first to any or all of symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, loss of energy, struggle to keep up, digestive or skin issues and ultimately disease.
This is where Activation comes in.
What I mentioned above is related largely to a protein messenger called NRF2 not doing its job so well any more. In effect this results in accelerated aging – and who wants that???
Some 5 years ago I was introduced to the – still only one of its kind in the world – little golden Activator.
After about a decade of supplementing with top of the range food supplements I decided to swap them out for this activator. I experienced a massive change in sleep quality for the better and not waking up stiff and sore was a real pleasure. the same went for long car rides – I didn’t like them much because of the stiffness that goes with sitting in one place for so long. That all went.
I heal much quicker and my vitiligo affected skin is much less sensitive to the sun to what it was before I started my activation journey.
A couple of years down the track my eye health improved measurably as well.
Needless so say – this is something I want to keep doing since it makes so much more sense to me to switch my body’s own anti-oxidant production on again and reduce oxidative stress by 40% in the first 30 days, and up to 70% over time.
If You are concerned about the effects that your daily life is having on you, this might be the most efficient and cost effective way to be addressing that.
