Change is one of those confronting things that we don’t always want to embrace, yet it can make such a difference. Unless we have a mindset of continually growing, we might miss some of the (to me) really important stuff.
Since I am in the health business, it stands to reason to have health as one of my high priorities- not only my own, but also that of my clients. As a result of that I am aslways on the lookout for what I can impoove on, what works better, how else can I educate those around me to be healthier , stronger and generally better versions of themselves.
Sourdough bread certainly fits into this category, as well as looking at growing some of your own food. To me the approach has to be a well rounded one.
The conventional way of thinking has brought us to the place we are in at this moment. That might feel comfortable, but do we really like what we are seeing?
What about the extra layer over the midsection, or the tablets we need to take to be’perfectly healthy’?
Perhaps now is a good time to reflect on things and then start making some changes in a better direction. Moving better, eating food that is alive, connecting to our food production are all steps in the right direction.
I guess it is a little like finding our roots and embracing them. We have ever so slowly deviated from the place where we moved well and ate naturally that now it looks like having to make this massive change just to reclaim our original well being.
