Hi I'm Sigrun

I have been a Personal Trainer since the end of 2008. In my approach to training I will assess you in your fundamental movements and from that point we work together to maximize the outcome for you. You will feel that you are progressing in a safe manner to build strength and conditioning.


The Human Design element is a new addition to my business. I believe that by understanding how you are made up as a unique Individual, we can unlock some of the road blocks and challenges in your wellness journey.


Sourdough bread making has been a passion of mine for a long time as that is the bread I grew up with and could never find here. I feel that we need to take control over how our food, is prepared to ensure that we do the best for our bodies.

This way we can truly take charge of our health.
